Before we get into this, I want to really drive in the fact that I only took on this project because I wanted to brush up on my skills and I wanted the tube organizer to match the walls where they were being installed. The Red Sea product is excellent and affordable, so if you can, please consider purchasing them from Red Sea instead of making your own.
The technical drawing was created with AUTODESK Fusion. All parameters were measured with digital callipers and are not guranteed to be accurate, but it's close enough to the original that it still works. I've already printed this and verified that it functions as intended, but I have not created the part using the technical drawing (that's why it's "Waiting Approval"). As I'm writing this up and looking over the files, I see that I didn't draft any dimensions for the pattern inside the organizer unit. If I have time to revisit this project, I'll see about getting that updated.
I'd also like to note that this unit is printed with a "live hinge" indicated in the drawing as detail callout D. I've tested this after printing and found that it stood up to hundreds of folds with no visible damage. It could probably do much more, but I was getting tired of opening and closing the unit. I also want to note that the unit was printed using standard Bambu Lab PLA filament. Please see the revised general notes below for further details.

Below are a couple of renders representing what the finished product should look like and its print orientation. The black supports should be removed after printing. This orientation must be used to ensure proper function of the live hinge. Supports can be generated as seen fit, but the blend file located in the additional resources at the bottom the page contains the supports seen in the render below. The test pieces were printed one at a time and buildplate adhesion was not an issue, therefore, no additional buildplate adhesion support is included in the STL file and subsequent GCode.

Another thing that I'd like to note on this project that's visible in the render is that the Red Sea logo is colored red. This was an important detail to me because I really wanted their logo to stand out. I tried printing it with an impression and filling it with red epoxy, but it didn't come out looking professional. I called in a favor from a friend with a Bambu Lab printer that was capable of multi-colored prints and he helped me out with the final product.
I'd like to reiterate that this was just a weekend project, though it did stretch a bit further than intended, so the files offered are not guaranteed perfect and I can already tell you that the Blender file is not well organized, but it should still be capable of giving you something to print.
Don't forget that if you want the tube organzier in black, you can go ahead and pick it up from them directly! No need to make your own.
Enjoy...
